The Blumar Residence, built in 2021, is located in Jesolo Lido in a new and quiet residential tourist area, as well as close to many attractions such as Caribe Bay, Golf Club, Pista Azzurra.
Only 600 meters away from the sea, Blumar is located near the squares where most events animating the nightlife of the City of Jesolo take place, such as Piazza Aurora and Piazza Mazzini.

The Blumar Residence offers seven apartments divided into three typologies: Open Space, Deluxe and Superior. The Residence consists of two buildings: one building has two Open Space apartments on the ground floor, while the entire upper floor is site of the Superior apartment. In the other building, there are four Deluxe apartments overlooking our large garden. The paintings are based on silicates; the furnishings are in natural wood with smooth surfaces, in order to facilitate the cleaning; the TV screens are according to the environment, as well as high quality appliances; a safety deposit box is at your disposal. The living room and bedrooms have independent air conditioning; the kitchen is fully equipped. All this to make you live a wonderful holiday, stress free.
