It is our flagship and actually is the top-floor apartment in the Blumar Residence, offering the widest panoramic view of the building. Its huge terrace offers a very large living space where you can relax and enjoy the sun of your outdoor holidays. Indoors you will find an Open Space with an equipped kitchen, a living room with a white eco-leather sofa and a 43’ flat-screen smart TV equipped with nano tech technology.
The rooms are equipped with modular beds, with made in Italy mattresses up to 200cm in length (upon request we can arrange single or double beds), with a clean Nordic design in natural wood, as well as open wardrobes and a desk. The bathroom is made with fine natural handcrafted materials, in order to give the feeling of being in a private spa, where you can enjoy and relax. Energy class A4
